A busy day harvesting on the allotment

Well yesterday was a fantastic couple of hours down at the plot. I got all my tasks done which I planned. I got all my potatoes dug up, peas picked and some cucumber. Then it was onto picking my pudding – raspberries and blackberries. You certainly can taste the benefit of home grown food.

Now the main task was to cook the potatoes and peas which I have never done as I lived at home but now I have fledged and got my own place. Check out how it turned out below:-

It was certainly delicious, unfortunately it was not my own chicken.

I will be back down today doing more work down on the plot, I certainly have lots to do at the minute.
