Don’t get down on failed crops

Happy Weekend everyone – hope you all have a great weekend planned, whether it be down on the allotment or spending it with family.

Each year I try vegetables and fruit, some years like last year did fantastic but then this year I’ve had a few failed crops. My plum tree has not done well at all – only a couple of plums on it. Last year I had loads. Also my sweetcorn plants have not grown hardly at all for some reason.

But this does not get me down – I just feel lucky when something does grow and I get produce from it, I don’t bank on it producing and if something does not work keep trying until you do get something – you just never know what you might get.
